InterchangeFX enter CVA – Re10 appointed as Supervisors

On Friday 24th June, Finbarr O’Connell and Nimish Patel were appointed as joint Supervisors of the specialist foreign exchange brokerage, The Interchange Organisation Ltd, under CVA (Company Voluntary Arrangement).

Whilst representing a number of InterchangeFX creditors at the initial CVA Creditors’ Meeting, called by Moore Stephens on 24th June, Finbarr O’Connell and Nimish Patel were appointed as Supervisors of the CVA in place of Moore Stephens.

Joint Supervisor, Finbarr O’Connell, from Re10 comments:  “Whilst Nimish Patel and I have only recently been appointed as Supervisors, it is our intention to continue to trade the business as long as to do so is in the best interests of the creditors of the company. We are continuing to monitor the company on a daily basis and will make recommendations to creditors as to how we see this case playing out to their best advantage”.
