Re10 saves jobs at Age Concern

Re10 has successfully completed the first phase of the administration of Age Concern – Barking & Dagenham.

Since being appointed as administrators on 1 April 2010, both Finbarr O’Connell and Nimish Patel have secured the services to the community provided by Age Concern under the Personal Care banner with the retention of current employees.

The Personal Care division of Age Concern offers the elderly in the community services, such as nail clipping, gardening, DIY and other similar support for those that are unable to do these tasks for themselves. This division is expected to be taken over by a neighbouring Age Concern branch and it is intended that they will take control at the beginning of August. Until that time, Re10 will continue to act as administrators and run the Personal Care services division.
