Re10 presents at ‘The Lawyer’ Conference
Nimish Patel was invited to deliver a key-note speech on ‘Turnaround for the SME’ at this year’s conference for the legal profession run by The Lawyer in London on 15 June.
Organised in association with the Turnaround Management Association and INSOL Europe, this year’s conference was entitled ‘Insolvency Restructuring & Turnaround’ and looked at the latest trends and best practice strategies for capitalising on change in the current market and was intended as a complete guide for law firms.
Delegates were invited to the hear the latest on the state of the capital markets, how investment banks are approaching restructurings and how law firms should respond to current market developments. Delegates were given an insight into the role of retail banks in restructuring deals and how to best approach SME turnarounds.
Nimish Patel was invited to provide a presentation which focused on the corporate turnaround for the SME market and covered such subjects as:
- Under what circumstances can and should a
company be turned around? - Selecting an appropriate turnaround manager for
your client - How do you assess and monitor your management
team? - Cash flow focus and crisis stabilisation
- Formulating a workable restructuring plan
- Varying restructuring practices internationally.
Co-presenters included many of the leading practitioners from the world of banking, finance, and restructuring.
