According to the Money Advice Service, a new Standard Financial Statement (SFS) is to be used with effect from 1st March 2017.

All debt advice providers and creditors will use the same consistent format to assess income and expenditure for people with debt problems. Consistency when assessing income and expenditure is essential. So using the SFS will benefit debt advisers, clients and creditors alike.
