3 Step Debt Change

1 – Contact & Review

Simply send your details to us by completing the above form. This will help your advisor assess whether you meet the main criteria for an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (“IVA”) when they briefly discuss your financial affairs with you.

Remember: having a chat with an expert from Re10 won’t cost you a penny and you are under no obligation to take our advice so you have nothing to lose from talking with one of our experts.

2 – Help & Advice

Our experts will get an idea of your unique situation during a completely free, no-obligation debt advice consultation. Normally it takes around 10 minutes on the phone.

We will help you evaluate your financial circumstances so that you know which options are available and which ones are best for you. Then you take as much time as you need to decide where to go from there.

3 – Approval & Implementation

If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated case officer will be allocated to you.  You will receive continuous support from them from start to finish in getting your IVA approved by creditors, completing annual budget reviews and throughout the lifetime until successful completion.

It is our aim to provide the same high level of customer service as we expect to receive ourselves.

Read what our happy customers have to say about us!

“I am a professional driver, married with two children.  I had £37,000 of debt and a property with £10,000 equity.  I rang Re10 and they gave me useful information.  No matter how many times we contacted them or how silly our questions were, they always responded quickly and were helpful; taking time to explain things ensuring we fully understood.”

“I am a mother of two.  My husband is unemployed and my debt got overbearing, especially the interest on my Barclaycard.  I was in a money management plan.  I rang Re10, they listened to my situation and recommended an IVA.  I wish I had done this years ago.  Debt has weighed very heavy on my life.  The whole process was dealt with by Re10 quickly and efficiently.  They were extremely helpful and understanding.  To be able to speak to someone straight away on the phone with no hassle was really helpful to me.  I reduced my monthly outgoings from over £400 per month to £150 per month which means I can breath easier than I have been able to for a long time.”

“I am a cleaner after becoming redundant in private housekeeping.  I had £19,000 of debt and no assets.  I found Re10 to be very helpful.  Right from the start my worries, questions and advice were welcome and they were always there to ask if I wasn’t sure about anything.  I rate them 10 out of 10 because I have been very happy every step of the way.”

“I am a hairdresser and had £22,000 of debt.  Re10’s interaction with me was fantastic, couldn’t of been better, very attentive, so helpful, just great.”

“Due to a significant decrease in state benefits (incapacity benefit) of £800 per month, I used my credit cards and bank overdraft for food and other household essentials.  This left me £17k in debt.  Initial advice from Re10 was clear and concise; the advisor (Anna) was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  I gave 10 out of 10 because Re10 were quick, precise, efficient, polite and very helpful.  They put me at ease and somewhat ceased my extreme worry and anguish.  I was made to feel more at ease about my situation (ie “light at the end of the tunnel”).  Financially, I am now able to use my income for general living expenses as my monthly repayments have decreased.”

“Thank you for helping me over the last 6 years.  I finally got there.  Thank you”

“Just to say thank you again, and I will certainly recommend Re10 to anyone who has debt troubles.”

“I can’t thank them enough.  Re10 listened and advised me.  They solved my debt problems within a very short time.  They excelled in dealing with each and every problem and never gave up on me.”

“I work in the building sector and had around £18,000 of debt.  I rated Re10 10 out of 10 because they dealt with me great and kept me up to date on how things were progressing”

“I am a healthcare worker and got in debt over £17,000.  I became over committed when circumstances changed in my life and could no longer afford to pay my debts.  I initially rang Re10 and they were very friendly and helpful.  I’ve rated them 10 out of 10 because I felt I could trust them and they explained everything in detail.  The staff really listened to me, they never judged me.  I felt very supported.  When I felt scared or had questions they reassured me many times.  Overall, everything was really good and very professional.”

“I am a builder and had debt at over £30,000.  When I called Re10 they listened to my situation.  They were very helpful and friendly and there were no charges upfront.  I rated them 10/10 for the excellent service from start to finish.  The helpfulness of my case officer, Anna Lumb, really impressed me.  I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Re10 were very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.  I rated them 10 out of 10 because I trusted them 100%.  I was very worried about my situation.  I am extremely grateful for their help.  My circumstances are now so much better and the financial pressure is off my shoulders.  I have written 75% of debt off.”

“Thanks for your help and for generally being good at what you do with helping me with my IVA”

“Thanks for your letter with final report and Completion Certificate closing my IVA.  My IVA commenced with a phone call to your office detailing my debts and outlining options going forward.  From that initial call through acceptance at creditors meeting and onto yearly reviews, PPI claims etc – I have to say how professional, caring and friendly all your staff have been throughout the process.  I have felt assured that I was in safe hands, your reviews were timely and well laid out.  I have to single out my case officer, Susan Peacock.  Susan has a very direct but friendly approach.  I always felt able to pick up the phone and speak with her.  She was supportive which is an important element with clients faced with the uncertainty and IVA brings into their lives.”

“Thanks Nathan and Sue.  I will never be in contact with you again but I would like to say a big thank you to your help and support over the last number of years.”
