3 Steps to Recovery

1 – Contact & Review

Simply send your details to us by completing the above form. This will help your advisor assess whether you meet the main criteria for an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (“IVA”) when they briefly discuss your financial affairs with you.

2 – Help & Advice

Our experts will get an idea of your unique situation during a completely free, no-obligation debt advice consultation. Normally it takes around 10 minutes on the phone.

We will help you evaluate your financial circumstances so that you know which options are available and which ones are best for you. Then you take as much time as you need to decide where to go from there.

3 – Approval & Implementation

If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated case officer will be allocated to you.  You will receive continuous support from them from start to finish in getting your IVA approved by creditors, completing annual budget reviews and throughout the lifetime until successful completion.
